Christy is a luxury real estate advisor and investor, as well as a retired Air Force Officer. Originally from Niceville, Christy temporarily left Northwest Florida after high school to attend the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado where she graduated as a Distinguished Graduate with a Bachelor’s of Science in Management. Upon Commissioning as a Second Lieutenant, Christy served as a Force Support Officer in the Air Force for 5 years while carving out time to achieve a 4.0 GPA MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources through the University of Northern Colorado. Christy’s service in the Air Force allowed her to hone her leadership abilities and develop unique problem-solving skills to become a dedicated high-performer. Christy retired from the Air Force in 2021 at the rank of Captain.


Christy first obtained her real estate license in California serving the South Bay area of Los Angeles where she still maintains an active license and serves clients in Southern California’s luxury beach markets. Upon returning to Northwest Florida, Christy strategically began renovating, managing, and investing in luxury rental properties and aims to help her clients do the same. Christy’s inviting personality, sharp business acumen, and local expert knowledge make her a trusted real estate advisor to her clients for personal dream homes and investment properties.


In Christy’s free time, she enjoys the beautiful beaches of Northwest Florida along with her husband, Marshall and their Yorkie, Louie. They enjoy traveling and have been to 49/50 U.S. states together and are now enjoying occasional trips to the Mediterranean where they enjoy finding inspiration for their new real estate projects.
